JKS Wales Squad kicks off 2026

What an incredible day! Selection Day 2026 was nothing short of epic. 💥 Huge shoutout to everyone who came out and gave it their all – 3 hours of intense fitness, pushing the limits of kata, and diving deep into kumite! Every moment was a challenge, but that’s exactly what makes it so rewarding. 💪

We kicked things off with a special moment: Rhiannon Sensei was presented with her Sandan certificate by none other than Derek Sensei! 🎉 After her grading last year with Kagawa Shihan in Ireland, this was the perfect way to start the year!
